The day is finally here! Proper & Wild is set to soft open this weekend to our friends & family featuring dinner service on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights. After our debut to our immediate circle, you can expect us to soft open to the general public on Wednesday 1/30/2019.
We will focus on an exclusive, dinner only menu while we get acclimated to our new team and space. From there, we will continue to layer on levels of service over the following weeks to include breakfast, lunch and brunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
Our mostly organic, plant-centric menu is fresh, exciting and exquisite. It features everything from hand crafted coffee & cold-pressed juice cocktails to organic, coconut popped popcorn, handmade artisan vegan pastas, juicy vegetable burgers, crispy fired flatbreads and that is just the beginning. We are excited to introduce the Winter Park community to our new concept and fare and look forward to bringing some serious talent and sass to the Park Avenue dining scene.
